The Midnight Rush promotion will take place on September 19, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 12:01 AM (CEST).

To participate, customers must place and successfully pay for an eligible order on the official Dreame website during the promotion period.

The first 10 eligible orders with successful payment received during the promotion period will qualify for cashback.

Winners will be determined based on the successful payment time recorded by the Dreame website. In the event of any discrepancy, the payment timestamp recorded in Dreame’s system will prevail.

Each participant can receive cashback for one eligible order only.

Eligible orders must not be cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise deemed invalid.

The first 10 eligible orders will receive cashback according to the following ranking:

1st — 100% Cashback

2nd–3rd — 50% Cashback

4th–10th — 20% Cashback

Cashback will be calculated based on an eligible order value of up to €2,000.

For example:

If the 1st-place winner places an eligible order of €3,000, the cashback will be €2,000 × 100% = €2,000.

If the 2nd-place winner places an eligible order of €3,000, the cashback will be €2,000 × 50% = €1,000.

If the 4th-place winner places an eligible order of €3,000, the cashback will be €2,000 × 20% = €400.

If the eligible order value is less than €2,000, cashback will be calculated based on the actual eligible order value.

Cashback will be issued after the 30-day return period has expired, provided that the eligible order has not been cancelled, returned, or refunded. The cashback will be credited using the original payment method used for the eligible order.

The promotion is open to customers who are at least 18 years old and reside in eligible European countries.

Participants must place and successfully pay for an eligible order through the official Dreame website during the promotion period.

Each participant is eligible to receive cashback for one order only.

Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid will not qualify for cashback.

Dreame reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of all participating orders.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dreame, which are final and binding in all respects, without prejudice to your mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Dreame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time. Any significant changes will be updated in the official event rules and will not affect existing winners.

In the event of any discrepancies or technical issues, Dreame’s decision will be final. Dreame’s final decision does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.

If you disagree with Dreame’s determination, you may raise a query or complaint via aftersales@dreame.tech, which Dreame will review in good faith; this does not limit any right you may have to bring the matter before a competent court or consumer authority.

Dreame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your participation in the promotion or the payment of any cashback reward, except to the extent such damages result from Dreame’s intent or gross negligence, or in the case of injury to life, body, or health.

All personal data collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, and processing cashback rewards. For more information, please read Dreame’s Privacy Policy.

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information for these purposes.

Dreame reserves the right to exclude participants suspected of manipulation or fraud, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, automated scripts, bots, or other means intended to unfairly influence the promotion. Any cashback awarded may be revoked or reclaimed.

Only orders with successful payment recorded during the specified promotion period will be considered.

If an eligible order is subsequently cancelled, returned, refunded, or otherwise becomes invalid, the participant will forfeit the cashback reward.

In the event of technical difficulties or circumstances beyond Dreame’s reasonable control that prevent the promotion from operating as intended, Dreame reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including modifying, suspending, or cancelling the promotion.

Cashback will be processed after the relevant 30-day return period has expired and the order has been verified as eligible. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method and other circumstances.
